Fruit Street is a 12-month weight loss program which has been designed for  people who may be at risk for type 2 diabetes.

Fruit Street invites you to join their Digital Diabetes Prevention and Weight Loss program to get access to video chat classes with one of our Registered Dietitians. These classes cover a wide-range of health and wellness topics from the core principles of healthy eating to stress management to finding time for fitness.

Support from other Fruit Street participants

Throughout this program you will interact with other Fruit Street participants within your online weekly classes, as well as having the option to message with them in between classes via the mobile app. These interactions will encourage simple lifestyle changes for a healthier life!

Take pictures of your food in the Fruit Street mobile app

We encourage you to take pictures of your meals within the Fruit Street mobile application for our Registered Dietitians to give feedback and guide you along your weight loss journey. This frequent engagement with the Registered Dietitian helps to keep participants motivated as better habits are formed. The Fruit Street mobile app is like having a dietitian in your pocket!

For even more support, participants are provided a wireless scale, and Fitbit Inspire™ activity tracker! Your free wireless scale data will be automatically synced to your Fruit Street profile to help you achieve your health goals! With the addition support of wireless devices provided for FREE with our program, Fruit Street participants make incremental changes in eating and physical activity.
