Dr. Stephen M. Dahmer is a board-certified family doctor whose passion for health and healing has taken him around the globe. He has worked in diverse settings from Umbanda territories in the heart of Brazil’s second largest slum, to Maori clinics in New Zealand, with native healers on the Palauan Islands, and as a hospitalist to the Navajo (Dine) Tribe in Chinle, Arizona. His current position in New York City with Collective Primary Careworks with health coaches, social workers, nurses, phlebotomists andacupuncturists to create an innovative integrated care team utilizing thelatest in both empathy and medical technologies to advance patient-centeredcare. He is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor of Family Medicine and Community Health at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Stephen is continually striving towards universal access to the best tools for great health.
