Dr. Iglesias is a private practice General Surgeon and partner in Evansville, IN; specializing in minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic techniques for complex hernias, colon, and reflux surgery . He also have special interests in endocrinologic surgery and venous disease. As the pediatric trauma medical directory, and assistant trauma director, he takes care of trauma and emergency general surgery patients, and he has a particular interest in leading functional teams through process improvement. As the Indiana First District President and a board member for the Vanderburgh County Medical Society, he works hard to push for legislative efforts via the Indiana committee on legislation and he is on the executive medical committee for St. Vincent Warrick Hospital. Born in Mexico City, he grew up Houston, and receive his BA at the University of Kansas. He received his medical degree from the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine in 2003, and obtained his Masters in Business Administration as well as Surgical residency at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia..
