Priscilla Marbell, MD graduated from the University of Ghana where she received her bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences and Medical degree. After moving to the United States, her passion for prevention and health promotion led her to obtain a master’s degree in Public Health from the University of New England in Maine. Following graduation, she engaged in research work and publication focused on family engagement and childhood adversity with the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children’s Health, an entity of the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital and Stanford School of Medicine. Dr. Marbell, is currently a certified Health Education Specialist working in the area of corporate health and wellness with Interactive Health Inc. in the California Bay Area. She also volunteers as a Health Coach with the Health Trust to provide chronic disease and diabetes self-management educational workshops in the Silicon Valley area. To further expand her expertise in health and wellness, she is currently in training to be a certified health and wellness coach.
