I am a Registered Dietitian with a background in exercise and sports nutrition, corporate wellness, GI health, and functional nutrition. Seeing people through a functional lens means looking for the root cause of issues, not just addressing symptoms. In addition to that focus, I have found that healthful changes are most impactful and lasting when we look beyond food at the whole person and address stress, sleep, physical activity, community or support, and the environment.
